1. What We Collect

SpecNow is a lightweight service. We collect the minimum needed to operate:

• Product ideas you submit — the text you type into the form. This is processed by an LLM to generate your build pack and is not permanently stored after processing completes.
• Payment information — handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy. We never see or store your credit card details.
• Email address — provided to Lemon Squeezy during checkout. Used to deliver your download link. We do not use it for marketing.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To generate your build pack based on the idea you submit.
• To deliver your purchase and handle support requests.
• To improve the Service (in aggregate, anonymized form only).

3. Third Parties

• Lemon Squeezy — payment processing. See their Privacy Policy.
• AI Provider (OpenAI) — product ideas are sent to an LLM for processing. OpenAI does not use API-submitted data for training.

4. Cookies

We do not use tracking cookies. Lemon Squeezy may set a session cookie during checkout.

5. Data Retention

Generated build packs are available for download for a limited time after purchase. Product idea text is not retained after processing. Email addresses from Lemon Squeezy orders are kept for support and legal purposes.

6. Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@specnow.co. We will respond within 30 days.
